Ballroom and Event Venue for Rent

Omni Ballroom is the perfect partner for your upcoming event. Whether you are planning a birthday or anniversary celebration, wedding reception, holiday party, art opening, band debut, or other special event, our 3,000 square foot hardwood dance floor, built in sound system, and lighting options will set the stage for a memorable occasion. We also have industrial garage doors for convenient set up or to enjoy the outdoors.

A La Carte Venue & Staff Rates

Monday – Thursday $150/hour (2 hour minimum)
Friday – Sunday
 $200/hour (2 hour minimum)

 

Rental

Round tables: $20.00 for 10 person round tables
Chairs: $2.00 per chair
Linens: $14.00 per linen

DJ: $50/hour – In-house staff to run a playlist from our house sound system, take requests, and emcee any announcements or introductions.

You need to reserve and pay for all set-up and clean-up time. A staff member will be present for the duration of the event to ensure everything runs smoothly and is cleaned up properly.

6 Hour Package – $2,500 

  • 6-hour rental – including time for set-up and decorating
  • Up to 10 round tables, 100 chairs and 2 banquet tables
  • White linens for all tables
  • On-site Event Concierge to assist with set-up/tear down and event management duties including setting up tables and chairs prior to arrival, assisting with setting up decorations, coordinating on-site with vendor arrivals and timeline, greeting guests, and restocking bathrooms.
  • Complimentary 1-hour meeting with Event Concierge prior to the big day to go over timeline, provide vendor recommendations, and discuss floor plan and room set-up
  • 3,000 sq. ft. dance floor

Special Event Package – $2,000 

  • 4-hour rental – including time for set-up and decorating
